Sarah Rubin, Director and 3's Class Teacher
Martina Cullen, 3's Class Assistant
Jenn Perry, 4's Teacher
Laura Ruddy, 4's Class Assistant
Mikaela Nu, 2's Class Teacher
The teacher's role is one of guidance and observation of both the students and the parents, as well as teaching and introducing new materials and concepts. The students are directed in their play and interactions with the concepts of total development as a guide. Attention is paid to social skills, emotional development, physical growth and development, cognitive enrichment and creativity. The teachers enhance the basic curriculum with their own style and implementation techniques. Observation of each individual child and the child's parent(s) in the classroom provides the teacher with a basis by which to assess learning styles and to stress certain techniques for use by the parents in the home.
