2-Year-Old Preschool Program in Garrett Park, MD


​Our Discoverers teachers provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where the children can follow their natural inclination to learn through play. 

Under the supervision and guidance of their two teachers and a co-oping parent, the children learn to develop trust in caring adults outside their home. This is often the first school experience for the children and we strive to provide a comfortable, relaxed and happy environment.

Sample Discoverers Schedule:

9:15 – 10:00           Arrival and indoor discovery play
 
10:00- 10:10           Clean up

10:10 - 10:30           Circle time, music and movement
 
10:30  -10:40          Hand washing, toileting as needed
 
10:40                         Snack and story time
 
10:55- 11:45            Outside exploration

11:45                          Dismissal
